摘  要:观察阿德呋啉对巢湖、霍邱、定远3地球虫的治疗效果及雏鸡增重的影响。结果显示巢湖株中,氯羟吡啶组抗球虫指数(ACI:anti-coccidial index)值为183.26,敏感,其余组均完全耐药;霍邱株中,妥曲珠利组ACI值为180.48,敏感,其余组呈部分或完全耐药;而定远株对5种抗球虫药均不敏感。与阳性对照组相比,除霍邱株拌料给药组外,其余阿德呋啉给药组ACI值均高于180,对三地鸡球虫病均有良好的疗效;与对照组相比,巢湖和定远株感染组中拌料给药组增重效果明显,饮水给药组次之,而霍邱株均接近阴性对照组,且阿德呋啉给药组的饲料转化率均高于对照组。试验结果表明:3种虫株对试验所用5种抗球虫药已形成交叉或多重耐药,阿德呋啉对上述虫株有较好的抑杀效果,且具有促生长作用。The efficacy of adprin to the multi-drug-resistance strain on chicks was observed. Re- sults,showed that in the Chaohu strain, the ACI of the clopidol group was 183.26, and the other groups all were definited as complete resistance;in the Huoqiu strain, the ACI of the toltrazuril group was 180.48, the other groups were resistant partially or completely to the drugs; the Din- gyuan strains were found to be insensitive to five anti-coccidial drugs. Compared with positive con- trol groups,except for the medicated group mixed Huoqiu strain into forage all the ACI of other adprin groups were higher than 180 which had a good efficacy on the coccidiosis in chicken of these three regions. Compared with control groups, the medicated group mixed Chaohu strain and Din- gyuan strain into forage had an significant effect on weight gain,the mediated group administed in water was second while all the Huoqiu strain were close to the negative groups;all the feed conver- sion efficiency of adprin groups was higher than the control groups. The result showed that the cross or multiple resistance of the three strains to five anti-coccidial drugs used in the experiment was developed ; the effect of the adprin on inhibiting and killing the above-mentioned strains was significant and promoted effects on chicken growth.
