摘 要:目的观察益气化瘀方对缺血再灌注大鼠心肌酶、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支缺血30 min,再灌注2 h、4 h,复制缺血-再灌注模型。将大鼠随机分为7组,即假手术组、生理盐水缺血再灌注2 h组(NS-2 h组)、生理盐水缺血-再灌注4 h组(NS-4 h组)、通心络对照2 h组(TXL-2 h组)、通心络对照4 h组(TXL-4 h组)、益气化瘀方2 h组(YQ-2 h组)、益气化瘀方4 h组(YQ-4 h组),观察心肌酶及血清SOD和MDA的变化。结果与模型组比较,益气化瘀方组心酶hsCRP及CtnI水平均明显下降(P<0.05);与再灌注相同时间的模型组比较,血清SOD明显上升,MDA水平明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀方对大鼠实验性缺血再灌注心肌有保护效应,其机理可能与其抑制MDA产生,提高SOD水平有关。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe(YHR) on myocardial creatases, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in ischemia-repeffusion rats. Methods The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established through occluding the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 30 min and then reperfusion for 2 and 4 hours. Forty-two rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, 2-hour ischemia-reperfusion model group, 4-hour ischemia-reperfusion model group, 2-hour Tongxinluo control group, 4-hour Tongxinluo control group, 2-hour YHR treatment group, and 4-hour treatment group. The changes of rat myocardial creatases, and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) activities were observed. Results Compared with the model group at the same time points, YHR decreased the myocardial creatases of CK-MB, hs-CRP and Ctn I, increased serum MOD level and reduced serum MDA levels (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huayu Recipe shows protective effect on the myocardium of ischemia-reperfusion rats, and its mechanism is possibly related with the inhibition of MDA and with the increase of SOD level.
