舍曲林治疗早泄的有效性和安全性系统评价

摘　　要：目的 应用Meta分析评价舍曲林治疗早泄的临床疗效和安全性.方法 检索国内外有关比较舍曲林和安慰剂用于治疗早泄的随机对照试验和随机交叉实验,由两名评价员独立按Cochrane系统评价方法对文献进行质量评价和提取资料后,采用RevMan 5.2统计软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入5个随机对照试验和随机交叉实验,共208例患者.结果显示,舍曲林治疗组可以明显延长患者的射精潜伏期[MD =2.00,95％ CI（1.38,2.61）,P＜0.00001],提高患者的性生活满意度[RR=1.90,95％ CI（1.38,2.62）,P＜0.0001],但舍曲林治疗组的药物不良反应发生率较安慰剂组高[RR =2.29,95％ CI（1.40,3.77）,P=0.001].结论 舍曲林治疗组可以明显延长患者的射精潜伏期,提高患者的性生活满意度.由于文献纳入较少,需要更多大样本的随机对照试验进一步证实.Objectives To compare the efficacy and safety of sertraline in the treatment of premature ejacu lation through a meta analysis. Methods All randomized controlled trials and randomized crossover trials of sertra line and placebo in the treatment of premature ejaculation were collected. The quality of included trials was assessed. Relevant data were selected according to the standard of Cochrane systematic review by two reviewers. The statistical software Revman 5.2 was used for Meta analysis. Results 5 randomized controlled trials and randomized crossover trials with 208 cases were included. Compared with the placebo, the sertraline can prolong the intravaginal ejacula tion latency time [ MD = 2.00,95 % CI （ 1.38,2.61 ）, P 〈 0. 00001 ] and improve the sexual satisfaction rate [ RR = 1.90,95% CI（1. 38,2. 62） , P 〈0. 0001 ]. However, the sertraline have more adverse reaction [ RR = 2.29,95% CI（ 1. g0,3.77 ）, P =0. 001 ]. Conclusions Compared with the placebo, the sertralie have advantages of pro long the intravaginal ejaculation latency time and improve the sexual satisfaction rate. Because of few studies, more high quality randomized controlled trials with large samples are required to get further confirmation.
