摘 要:依据X射线在介质中传输、衰减和能量转移的特性,用能谱积分和等效能量两种方 法,计算了近似点发射混合能量的超软 X射线(0.9~1.55keV)在中国仓鼠细胞表面的比释动 能,计算结果相差约15%。通过中国白鼠脾细胞的化学组成,获得该软X射线束在脾细胞中的 比释动能分布。The kinetic energy released in Chinese hamster splenetic cells for incident ultrasoft X rays with the energies from 0.9 to 1.55keV, which were from a laser-plasma X ray source, was calcualted by resorting to the energy spectrum integration method and the equivalent energy approach, respectively. In the calculations, the X ray transmission, attenuation, and energy transfer in the biological material were considered. A difference between the two calculations was found to be about 15%. The distribution of the kinetic energy relased in material (kerm) in the cells was also estimated using the chemical composition of the cells.
