摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法、孢子萌发法和滤纸片法,对艾蒿的乙醇提取物及其萃取物做生物活性测试.结果表明:在50mg·mL-1的浓度下,艾蒿乙醇提取物对烟草疫霉菌、链格孢菌的菌丝生长抑制率分别为100.00%(96h)、18.51%(168h),对烟草链格孢菌孢子萌发抑制率为76.26%(6h);艾蒿乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物对烟草疫霉菌菌丝生长抑制率分别为79.49%(120h)、87.42%(72h).在100mg·mL-1的浓度下,艾蒿乙醇提取物对烟草链格孢菌的菌丝生长抑制率、孢子萌发抑制率分别为58.84%(48h)、100%(6h);艾蒿乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取物、氯仿萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物对烟草链格孢菌的菌丝生长抑制率分别为26.11%(96h)、57.17%(72h)、32.87%(48h);艾蒿乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取物对烟草链格孢菌孢子萌发抑制率为80.05%(6h).在50、100、200mg·mL-1的浓度下,艾蒿乙醇提取物对烟草青枯菌均无抑制作用.The inhibition activities of the ethanol extracts from A. argyi levl. et vant against pathogens of tobacco were tested by means of the methods of mycelial growth rate, spore germination and agar diffusion. The results were as follows: under the dosage of 50 mg.mL-1, ethanol extracts from A. argyi levl. et rant could inhibit mycelial growth of P. parasitica vat. nicotianae, A. alternata, and the inhibition rates were 100. 00% (96 h), 18. 51% (168 h), respectively; the inhibition rates of the extracts to the spore germination of A. alternata was 76. 26% (6 h); the inhibition rates of the petroleum ether extracts and ethyl acetate extracts from the ethanol extracts from A. argyi levl. et vant to the mycelial growth of P. parasitica vat. nicotianae were 79.49% (120 h), 87. 42%(72 h), respectively. Under the dosage of 100 mg.mL-1, the inhibition rates of ethanol extracts to the mycelial growth of A. alternata, the spore germination of A. alternata were 58. 84% (48 h), 100% (6 h) respectively; the inhibition rates of petroleum ether extracts, chloroform extracts and ethyl acetate extracts from the ethanol extracts from A. argyi levl. et vant to the mycelial growth ofA. alternata were 26.11% (96 h), 57. 17%(72 h), 32.87% (48 h), respectively;and the inhibition rates of chloroform extracts to the spore germination of A. alternata was 80.05 %. The ethanol extracts from A. argyi levl. et vant had no inhibition to R. solanacearum, under the dosage of 50, 100, 200 mg.mL 1.
