摘 要:采用固相法制备钛酸铋钠掺杂的钛酸锶钡(Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3)铁电陶瓷,研究钛酸铋钠的掺杂量对钛酸锶钡陶瓷的微观结构和介电性能的影响,并探讨相关机理.研究结果表明,在讨论的掺杂范围内,随着钛酸铋钠掺杂量的增加,钛酸锶钡的晶粒尺寸先增大,后减小.当掺杂量为0.5%(质量分数,下同)时,介电弥散发生,半导化现象出现.当钛酸铋钠掺杂量介于1.0%-1.5%之间时,钛酸锶钡陶瓷的介电常数均保持在5000,且居里温度向高温移动到120℃,10kHz频率的介电损耗低于0.05.Bi0. 5 Na0. 5 TiO3 (BNT) added Ba0.9 Sr0. 1 TiO3 (BST) ceramics were prepared by solid state method. Effects of BNT adding amount on the dielectric properties and microstructure of prepared BST ceramics were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure displayed different degree of change as different doping amount. The dielectric constants had a hung increase, and presented obvious diffuse phase transition when BNT doping content was 0.5%(w/w, the same below), while the doping content over 0.5%, there were no obvious effects on dielectric content but a significant increase on dielectric loss. The curie temperature was observed to move to the higher temperature (120℃).
