摘　　要：目的：探讨采用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的疗效。方法：采用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折30例，男12例，女18例；年龄80～93岁，平均85．5岁。骨折按Evan’s分类，Ⅱ型4例，Ⅲa型17例，Ⅲb型6例，Ⅳ型3例。结果：所有病例均顺利渡过围手术期，无感染、人工关节脱住、深静脉血栓等并发症发生，30例均得到随访，随访时间6—36个月，平均12个月，Harris’评分，优21例，良5例，可4例，优良率86．7％。结论：应用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折，创伤小，术后恢复快．可早期下床活动，明显改善生活质量，降低死亡率，疗效满意。是一种良好的方法。Objective：To investigate the use of bone cement type bipolar artificial femoral head replacement the curative effect of treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients. Methods：Using bone cement type bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for senile intertrochanteric fracture, 30 cases （12 male and female 18 cases; 80 - 93 years old, average 85.5 years. Fracture by Evan＇8 classification, Ⅱ type 4 cases, Ⅲ type a 17 cases, Ⅲ b type 6 cases, Ⅳ type （3 cases）. Results：All cases of them went through perioperation period smoothly, without artificial joint dislocation, infection, deep vein thrombosis complications occurred, such as 30 eases were followed up, and followed up for 6 - 36 months, an average of 12 months, Harris＇ score, 21 cases, 5 cases, 4 cases, was 86. 7%. Conclusions ：The application of bone cement type bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for senile intertrochanteric fractures, small trauma, quicker recovery, but early ambulation, significantly improve the quality of life, reduce mortality, curative effect is satisfied, is a kind of good method.
