造口护肤粉联合达克宁散在ICU患者肛周皮损中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察造口护肤粉联合达克宁散在ICU患者肛周皮损中的效果。方法:将56例肛周皮损患者随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组用造口护肤粉和达克宁散混合治疗,对照组单用达克宁散治疗。结果:实验组治疗有效率为92.8%,对照组治疗有效率为57.1%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:造口护肤粉联合达克宁散在ICU患者肛周皮损治疗中有显著效果。Objective：To observe the effect of Ostomy Powder combined with Miconazole Nitrate Powder to cure the patients with perianal skin lesions in ICU. Methods：Selecting 56 cases of patients with perianal skin lesions and randomly dividing into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used ostomy care powder and miconazole nitrate mixture treatment. The control group treated with miconazole nitrate powder. Results：The results showed that The effective rate of therapy in the experimental group was 92. 8% ,higher than the control group, 57. 1%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Ostomy care powder combined with miconazole nitrate powder has obvious effect in the treatment of perianal skin lesions of patients in ICU.
