摘　　要：测试描述语言是开放式通用自动测试系统开发的重要内容,其描述方式和实现方法决定了测试程序集TPS的通用性和可移植程度;根据XML的建模方法并结合STD标准实现了基于信号的TPS开发,对测试过程中的基本流程和操作进行分析,总结了测试语句的类型,完成了面向信号的XML测试描述语言的设计,实现了测试程序的转换和解释执行,与从测试语句中逐条提取信号信息的ATLAS相比,编译时间缩短了30%,并提高了测试执行效率和TPS通用性程度。Test escription language is an important content of general auto test system tATS）, whose descript manner and implement method decides generalization and transplantation of test program set （TPS）. The paper achieves TPS development according to XML and STD, analyzes basic procedures of test program, summarizes the molds of test actions. Based on the above, the paper achieves compilation and execution of test program. Compared to ATLAS, compilation time decreases 30%. An engineering application shows that the test effi ciency and degree of TPS generalization are improved compared with previous test nroram.
