摘  要:针对爆轰过程中火球温度高、变化快等复杂测试条件下的实际情况,运用无线传感网络技术和存储测试技术,设计了一种基于Zigbee的瞬态温度存储测试系统;该系统可靠地捕获了1.5kg温压炸药测试试验中真实有效的数据;通过改进Baker爆轰火球热辐射模型,采用Q准则来评价爆轰过程中炸药的热辐射毁伤效应,为研究一种便捷的、高信噪比的瞬态测温系统提供合理有效的理论依据,为实现瞬态高温条件下测试智能化和高效率提供了可靠的技术参考。According to actual situation of detonate in which the temperature of fire ball is high and changes fast, a storage test system of transient temperature based on Zigbee was designed by applying wireless sensor network and memory test technology. This system could reli ably trap the real and effective data in the trial of 1. 5kg warm compaction explosive test. The Q criterion is employed to assess explosive' thermal radiation damage effect in the process of detonate via improved Baker' fireball thermal radiation model of detonate, which provides ra tional and effective theoretical basis for establishing a transient temperature measurement system with convenient and high signaltonoise ratio, and which also provides reliable technical reference for testing intelligence and high efficiency on condition of transient high tempera
