摘　　要：目的:基于信息技术(IT)基础架构库管理标准,设计适合医院的IT运维管理模式。方法:分析目前医院IT运维普遍存在的问题,并基于信息技术基础设施库(ITIL)理论体系对医院运维管理系统进行研究,提出可行的运维管理流程。结果:设计适合医院的IT运维管理模式及系统,规范服务,提高效率,实现IT运维管理部门的高效运行。结论:医院信息化建设的不断发展,使得IT运维管理日益复杂,有效利用运维资源,提高运维效率,以及合理的运维流程,已成为医院医疗业务安全稳定的关键。Objective：To design IT running and maintenance system which is fitable in hospital by the information technology infrastructure library standard.Methods：To analyze the problems in operational maintenance IT management.Meanwhile,theoretical system based on ITIL actual operation and maintenance of the hospital conducted an research,a feasible work flow for the operation and maintenance management.Results：The mode for IT maintenance in our hospital is designed and realized the efficient operation of IT department,standardizing IT services management,and improving IT management efficiency.Conclusion：The development of hospital information construction makes the IT operation and maintenance management becomes more and more complex.The key factors for security and stability of the hospital medical service are the effective use of maintenance resources,improvement of the efficiency of maintenance and reasonable operation and maintenance process.
