摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化医院建设的必要性、数字化医院建设的主要内容和数字化医院建设中需要注意的问题。方法:采用分析文献的方法,并结合医院数字化信息系统建设,深入探索目前医院数字化建设中存在的问题。结果:通过系统阐述目前医院数字化建设的必要性、主要内容、存在问题和解决方案与思路,转变传统医疗管理模式和思维方式。结论:医院数字化建设是医院发展的必然方向,针对目前存在的问题必须重视顶层设计,构建高效优质的集成平台,强化数字化系统的安全,有效地全面推动数字化医院的建设。Objective：To discuss the necessity,the main content and the problems need to be noticed in digital hospital building.Methods：To explore the current problems in digital hospital building by literature analysis which combined with digital hospital information systems construction.Results：The traditional medical manegement model and thoughts were changed though the discription on the necessity,main contents,problems of the digital hospital building and the suggestions for solution.Conclusion：Digital hospital building is the inevitable trend of hospital development,but it also faces a lot of problems and challenges.We must pay attention to the top-level design,build efficient integration platform,change the traditional logical cogitation of medical treatment and management,strengthen the construction of digital security systems etc.So that it can promote the construction of digital hospital more effectively.
