不良生活习性对慢性非癌性疼痛发病率与治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究不良生活习性对慢性非癌性疼痛（chronic non-cancerpain，CNCP）发病率及治疗效果的影响，督促患者摒弃生活中的不良习性，提高治疗效果。方法大量回顾文献，主要从饮食、睡眠、行为及心理情感4个方面设计调查问卷，采用对照实验法，随机发放问卷，调查CNCP患者的不良生活习性对其疾病及治疗效果的影响，由专人负责问卷的发放和收集，并对问卷进行数据分析，得出研究结果。结果我们发现以下生活中的不良习性均影响CNCP患者的治疗效果：饮食过咸（χ2=3．909，P=0．048〈0．05）；饮食不规律（χ2=5．056，P=0．025〈0．05）；饮水太少（χ2=5．451，P=0．020〈0．05）；伏案午睡（χ2=15．868，P=0．000〈0．05）；睡前听过激音乐（χ2=12．844，P=0．020〈0．05）；女性常穿高跟鞋（χ2=8．103，P=0．017〈0．05）；吸烟（χ2=11．095，P=0．016〈0．05）；治疗后感觉良好（χ2=12．440，P=0．000〈0．05）。结论生活中某些不良生活习性对CNCP患者的治疗效果有一定消极的影响。Objective To explore the impact of unhealthy living habits on the disease incidence and therapeutic effect of chronic non-ancer pain（CNCP）, and to urge patients to abandon bad habits of life so to improve the therapeutic effects. Methods Literature were reviewed to design the questionnaire which aim to survey the effects of unhealthy living habits of CNCP patients on the pain and its treatment. The questionnaire was focused on the four factors including the diet, sleep, behavioral and psychological factors. The controlled experiment method were applied and the questionnaires were allocated randomly. Designated persons were arragend to distribute and collect the questionnaires, and evaluated the questionnaire data. Results It was found that the following factors could affect the CNCP treatment effects： high salty foods（χ2=3.909, P=0.048〈0.05 ）; irregular diet（χ2=5.056,P=-0.025〈0.05 ）, little water drinking （χ2=5.451 ,P=0.020〈0.05）, desk nap（χ2=15.868,P=0.000〈0.05）, bedtime listening radical music（χ2=12.844,χ2=0.02〈0.05）, women wearing high-heels （X2=8.103,P=0.017〈0.05）, smoking （χ2=1 1.095,P=0.016〈0.05）, feeling good after treatment（χ2=12.440,P=0.000〈0.05）. Conclusions Some unhealthy life habits have certain negative impact on therapeutic effect of CNCP patients.
