精索静脉曲张性不育症中医阶梯性治疗临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中医阶梯性疗法治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症的疗效。方法 :对120例精索静脉曲张性不育患者随机分成阶梯性治疗组60例口服阶梯1、2、3号方和对照组60例口服桃红四物汤加减,治疗3个月观察精子质量变化。结果 :治疗后2组精子质量均有改善(P<0.05),阶梯性治疗组精子质量改善较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论 :在精索静脉曲张性不育症治疗中,运用中医阶梯性疗法能明显提高精子质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine in treating male varicocele infertility by step therapy. Methods ： 120 patients of varicocele infertility were randomly divided into treatment group（ 60 cases） by step ladder 1,2,3 orally and the control group （ 60 cases ）orally taking Taohong Siwu Decoction, treatment for 3 months, observing changes in sperm quality. Results ： Sperm quality was improved in two groups （ P〈0.05 ）, the sperm quality of the treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It is suggested that step therapy for male varieocele infertility can significantly improve the quality of sperm.
