摘  要:目的:分析测定安徽银莲花中主要皂苷成分HederasaponinB的含量。方法:采用C18(AgilentZORBAXEclipseXDB-C18,4.6mm×150mm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(55:45),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210nm。进样量对照品溶液和供试品溶液各10μL。理论塔板数以HederasaponinB峰计不低于3000。结果:HederasaponinB在1.10~5.20μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.95%,RSD=1.04%(n=6)。HederasaponinB在不同5批次药材中评价含量为0.350%,RSD=1.94%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于对安徽银莲花的品质评价,为鹅掌草近缘种质量控制及开发提供实验依据。Objective:To determine Hederasaponin B in Anhui anemone by HPLC. Methods: Hederasaponin B was separated on Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm× 150 mm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water ( 55 : 45 ), detecting at a wavelength of 210 nm. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm, and the column temperature was constantly kept at 40℃. The reference solution with sample solution injection volume was 10 pc L. On the plate number to Hederasaponin B, the peak count of was not less than 3000. Results : The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.10 μg-5.20μg ( r=0.9996 ). The average recovery rate was 100.95% and RSD--1.04% ( n=6 ). Hederasaponin B in different batches of five herbs evaluation content was 0.350%, RSD = 1.94%. Conclusion : The method is simple, sensitive and precise. It can he used for the quality control of Anemone anhuiensis and provides experimental evidence for the quality evaluation and development of the related plants of Anemone tlaceida.
