论朱丹溪滋阴学说及临床医疗实践对中医美容的指导作用——以营血不足所致面容萎黄不泽为例

摘　　要：在以往中医美容基础理论研究中,主要集中在对面部皮肤疾病与人体脏阴阳气血及腑辨证调治等方面。该文根据中医传统理论的"治未病"思想,重新界定了中医美容也应遵循同样原则,将常人即健康人群和亚健康人群作为主要研究对象。该文考察了当前社会生活健康人及亚健康人群体质情况,并通过对朱丹溪滋阴学说理论及临床实践的梳理,作者提出:由肝肾阴虚或心肝血虚或心脾血虚导致的营血不足和面黄不泽现象,可以借助于朱丹溪的滋阴大法进行有效调治,为中医美容的理论与实践研究提供一个新的角度和思路。Among all the studies on traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology, the facial morbid state is discussed mainly by focusing on certain diseases which are obviously detrimental to facial appearance while the cases of healthy people and sub-healthy people are more or less neglected. In view of modern concept being healthy, the author expands the scope of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology to all people in light of the basic concept of traditional Chinese medicine in health care. Furthermore, ZHU Danxi＇s theory can be transmitted to aesthetic medicine for people＇s facial healthy and handsome complexion. The clinical medicine and its relaled functions are also explored in this paper.
