系统康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨系统康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者康复的影响。方法 :对我院2009年1月—2011年1月共130例腰椎间盘突出症患者行手术治疗,术前行康复教育和训练,术后进行个性化、渐进性和全面性的系统康复训练并配合针灸及口服中药身痛逐瘀汤。结果 :术后2年随访,患者按Nakai疗效分级标准评定疗效,优105例,良21例,可4例,优良率达96.9%。结论 :术后系统康复训练并配合针灸及口服中药,可促进局部血液循环,减轻炎症反应,预防及减轻术后继发性神经根及硬膜外粘连,有助于恢复腰背肌肌力,增强腰椎的稳定性,并可有效预防并发症的发生,是提高术后疗效的有效治疗方法。Objective： To discuss the effect of rehabilitation training on recuperating from operation of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： 130 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were included. Pre-operation rehabilitation education and training, characterized, gradual and comprehensive postoperative rehabilitation training were performed with acupunctnre-moxibustion and Decoction for Removing Blood Stagnation in the Lower Abdomen in all patients. Results ： Patients were followed up for 2 years. The therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated with Nakai Efficacy Grading Standards. 105 cases recovered very well, 21 were good,4 were passable. The rate of good cases was 96.9%. Conclusions ： To have postoperative rehabilitation training with acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine can stimulate circulation of blood, reduce inflammation reaction, prevent secondary nerve root and epidural adhesion, promote the strength of back muscles, increase the stability of lumbar and protect patients from complications. It is an effective method to enhance postoperative effectiveness.
