中药复方解毒消支汤治疗女性生殖道支原体感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察应用中药复方解毒消支汤药加减结合西药综合治疗女性生殖道支原体感染的临床疗效。方法 :采用复方解毒消支汤加减结合西药综合治疗女性生殖道支原体感染32例,并与单纯用西药综合治疗的30例进行对照观察。结果 :第1疗程后,治疗组32例,治愈11例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率75%;对照组30例,治愈7例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率60%,两组比较差异性无显著性(P>0.05)。第2疗程后,治疗组32例,治愈14例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率90.62%;对照组:治愈8例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :观察应用中药复方解毒消支汤加减结合西药综合治疗女性生殖道支原体感染有很好的协同增效作用。Ogjective：To observe the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Jiedu Xiangzhi Decoction and Western medicine combined therapy for mycoplasma infestation in female genital tract. Method：Jiedu Xiangzhi Decoction and Western medicine combined therapy were used for 32 cases of mycoplasma infestation in female genital tract, and compared with 30 cases which purely used Western medicine. Result： After the first course in treatment group： 11 were cured, 13 were effective, 8 were useless, and the total effective rate was 75%. 30 cases of control group： 7 were cured, 12 were effective, 12 were useless, and the total effective rate was 60%. Two sets variability had no significance （P〉0.05）. After two courses, in treatment group： 14 were cured, 15 were effective, 3 were useless, and the total effective rate was 90.62%; in control group： 7 were cured, 8 were effective, 10 were useless, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. Two sets variability was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion ： Applying the traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Jiedu Xiangzhi Decoction and Western medicine combined therapy for treating mycoplasma infestation in female genital tract has good synergistic action.
