摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病眼病不可逆的最严重并发症。中医药对DR的治疗特别是非增殖期的治疗有其独特的优势。通过查阅总结近5年来的文献资料,主要从病因病机、辨证论治、专方专药、专法专药、针刺治疗、激光配合中药等方面进行综述。Diabetic retinopathy is the most serious and irreversible complication of diabetic eye disease. The treatment of DR in TCM has its unique advantages especially to nonproliferative DR. By reviewing the document of the recent 5 years, the article introduces recent research about DR in etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, specialized prescription and herbs, specialized therapy and herbs, acupuncture, laser combined with herb-medicine and so on.
