摘　　要：伴随着国内水电建筑市场的萎缩和竞争加剧,工程监测业务竞争日益激烈,导致其利润下降。为了能让企业获得更好的发展,国有企业必须要走出国门承担国际水电业务,笔者在非洲的某国际水电站工程进行了4年的工程监测专业管理,并持续对国际工程的电站工程监测工作进行了数年的跟踪和研究,本文对如何做好这一专业的施工和管理提出了个人的见解。With the contraction and increasingly fierce competition of the domestic hydropower construction market, the competition of engineering supervision service becomes fiercer, and the profit reduces. In order to gain better development for the enterprise, the state-owned enterprises have to go abroad and undertake international hydropower projects. The author worked in certain international hydropower station project in Africa in charge of engineering supervision management for 4 years, and has continuously traced and studied the hydropower station supervision of international projects for years. The author proposes personal opinions on how to conduct well the construction and management in this field.
