宁夏2008—2011年高流行区人群棘球蚴抗体水平分析

摘　　要：目的比较宁夏高流行区人群棘球蚴抗体水平变化情况。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，于2008--2011年分别在西吉县等6个县区抽取3岁以上常住居民．用ELISA方法测定其血清棘球蚴抗体。结果6个县（区）人群血清棘球蚴抗体阳性率均呈现逐年下降趋势，总阳性率由2008年的29．10％下降至2011年的14．10％；4年来农村人群血清棘球蚴抗体阳性率依然高于城镇人群：3～14岁年龄组人群棘球蚴抗体阳性率最低，为10．44％，60岁以上人群血清棘球蚴抗体阳性率最高，为23．15％，且呈现女性高于男性，回族高于汉族，屠宰人员和牛羊贩运者高于其他职业人群的特点。结论西吉县等6个棘球蚴病高流行区人群棘球蚴抗体阳性率呈逐年下降趋势．但仍处于较高水平。Objective To compare the anti-Echinococcus antibody levels in population of high prevalence area in Ningxia Province, and provide a scientific basis to guide the prevention and control work. Methods Using the cluster random sampling method, the permanent residents aged over 3 in six counties such as Xiji County were enrolled for investigation during 2008 to 2011, their serum anti-Echinococcus IgG was determined by ELISA method. Results The positive rate of anti-Echinococcus IgG in population of six counties was declining year by year, the total infection rate fell from 29.1% in 2008 to 14.1% in 2011. The positive rate of anti-Echinococcus IgG in rural population in recent 4 years is still higher than that in urban population. The positive rate of anti-Echinococcus IgG in 3-14 years old age group was lowest （10.44%）, and that in over-60s group was highest（23.15%）. The positive rate of anti-Echinococcus IgG in women was higher than that in men. The positive rate was higher in Hui than that in HaM nationality. It was higher in the butchers and the cattle, sheep traffickers than in other occupations. Conclusion The positive rate of anti- Echinococcus IgG in six counties of echinococcosis high epidemic area such as Xiji was declining year by year, but still remains at higher levels.
