摘　　要：在全球气候变化异常灾害性天气频发的大环境下,实行碳汇交易是通过市场驱动来推进当前高污染、高能耗、碳生产力低下的生产方式转型升级的必要手段。阐述了实行碳汇交易的必要性,对碳汇交易的相关概念和主体进行了界定,林业碳汇交易市场的运行机制进行全面的研究,主要包括供求机制、价格机制、竞争机制、融资机制和风险保障机制,并据此构建了林业碳汇交易运行机制的模式图。As the abnormal change of global climate, the carbon trading is a necessary way to promote the production mode of high pollution, high energy consumption, low carbon productivity to transform and upgrade. This paper describes the necessity of the implementation of carbon trading, defines the related concepts of carbon trading and the transaction subject, and then builds a forest carbon sink market operation mechanism, including the supply and demand mechanism, the price mechanism, the competition mechanism, the financing mechanism and the risk protection mechanism.
