摘 要:调驱技术是提高低渗透油藏采收率的有效方法,成功的关键在于分析油水界面关系和确定注入方式。界面张力和封堵率实验表明:在45℃条件下,质量分数为0.8%的SJT—B溶胶,30d内体系平衡界面张力稳定在5.86×10-3mN/m;岩心渗透率越低,封堵率越高。以优选的注入方式进行三管并联调驱实验,发现在低渗透非均质岩心中,sJT—B溶胶主要进入了高渗透层,中渗透层的吸液量显著增加,低渗透层吸液量小幅度增加。SJT—B溶胶对注水开发后期的低渗透油藏调驱效果良好。Adjusting and flooding technique is an effective way to enhance the oil recovery of low-permeability res- ervoirs, the key to succeed is to analyze the relation between the oil and water interfaces and make sure of the in- jecting pattern. The experiments of the interfacial tension and plugging rate show that under the temperature of 45 ℃, the system-balancing interfacial tension can be stablized by 5.86×10-3 mN/m for a month for SJT-B collo- sol with 0. 8 % mass fraction ; the lower the core permeability is, the higher the plugging rate. The three-tube paral- lel profile-controlling and flooding experiment with the help of the optimized injecting pattern finds out in the low- permeability heterogeneous core, the sol is mainly penetrated into the reservoirs with high permeability, and the ab- sorbed liquid rate ( fluid uptake) in the medium-permeability reservoirs is greatly increased, and moreover the rate of the low-permeability ones is still enhanced on a small scale. SJT-B collosol is characterized by much better pro- file-controlling and flooding effects for the low-permeability oil reservoirs at the late stage of water-flooding development.
