摘 要:为了减少对环境的污染,提高农业废弃物资源化利用率,近年来政府采取了财政补贴模式大力推广农作物秸秆机械化还田技术。本文从微观和宏观两个层面对秸秆机械化还田进行了经济分析,分析研究了服务者(机手)与被服务者(农户)的投入和产出,并从国民经济效益费用角度对秸秆机械化还田进行了评价,提出了促进秸秆机械化还田技术推广的主要措施。In order to decrease the environmental pollution, and increase the utilization rate of agricultural wastes, recently, the governments vigorously promoted the mechanized straw returning technique by adopting the fiscal subsidy method. In this study, the economic benefit of mechanized straw returning was analyzed through micro and macro aspects, the input and output of servers (machinists) and beneficiary (farmers) were studied, and the mechanized straw returning technique was evaluated from the perspective of the national economic cost, besides, main measures to popularize the mechanized straw returning technique were proposed.
