摘  要:行距无级可调钵苗栽秧机构包括取苗放苗机构、传动机构、带式输送机构、行距无级调节机构以及扶正机构,此机构可实现水稻钵苗栽植行距在22-33cm范围内无级调节。本文以25cm行距为例,运用ADAMS仿真软件对钵苗在各栽秧机构中的运动及受力情况进行分析。结果表明,钵苗的入土速度大小约为4083-53mm/s,带式输送机构的输秧时间约为0.101±0.004s,钵苗所受皮带的最大作用力为0.0395N,说明此机构能够满足钵苗栽植的速度及受力要求,且不会造成漏苗及钵体碎裂等现象出现。A transplanter mechanism was used to meet the requirements of row spacing stepless adjustment in rice pot-seedling planting, included seedling scratching and putting mechanism, transmission, belt conveyor, row spacing stepless regulator and centralizer. The row spacing could be adjusted from 22cm to 33cm without limitation. Taking 25cm row spacing as an example, the analysis of pot-seedling' s motion and force in each belt conveyor were accomplished by ADAMS. The results showed that the planting velocity magnitude was 4083+53 mm/s, the transport time was 0.101+0.004s, and the maximum force was 0.0395N. This transplanter mechanism could satisfy the need of high speed and small force for pot-seedling planting with no seedling leak and pot breakdown.
