摘  要:阐述了吊篮式自走式烟草移栽机行走装置的工作原理和结构,通过分析计算及1:1的建模,验证了吊篮式自走式烟草移栽机的工作速度和行走装置各结构件的形状,通过对该行走装置动力传递关系的理论分析和计算,从而确定设计的主要技术参数。根据主要技术参数,设计出行走装置的主要部件——变速器、减速传动箱、拱桥式机架、前桥和架高式转向系等。通过样机试制和实验,该行走装置行驶速度可实现1.0—12km/h内的调节,满足烟苗移栽、地块转移等各种工况的需求;该行走装置具有良好的工作性能,结构紧凑,转弯半径小,机动灵活性高,使用操作方便。The paper introduces the working principle and the structural of the nacelle-type self propelled tobacco transplanted. The working speed and the traveling gear components shape are proven via analysis, calculating and 1:1 modeling. Main technical parameters are proven based on the theory analysis and calculating of power transmission relationships between traveling gear components. Main components of the raveling gear such as transmission, reducer box, arch-bridge-type stand, front axle and high-type steering system are designed on the base of these main technical parameters. The trial production of the prototype and experiment shows that the speed of the traveling gear is adjustable within 1.0-15 kin/h, and it can meet the requirements, such as tobacco seedling transplanting, removing, etc. The traveling gear has good working performance, compact structure, small turning radius, high flexibility and easy to operate.
