摘　　要：运动心肺功能试验(CPET)是通过测量呼吸道内的气体交换而同步整体评估个体在运动状态下多个器官系统的功能,包括呼吸系统、心血管系统、造血系统、神经心理系统和骨骼肌系统。目前已经成为一种重要的临床检测工具,广泛应用于运动耐力的评估、心力衰竭严重程度的分级、慢性阻塞性肺病的预后分级、心肺疾病治疗效果的评估、难以解释的呼吸困难的鉴别、康复治疗、外科手术术前风险的评估、残障的评估等领域。然而,在国外开展已经有几十年历史的CPET在我国相关的研究极少。Cardiopulmonary exercise testing （CPET）provides a global assessment of the integrative exercise responses involving the pulmonary, cardiovascular, hematopoietic, neuropsyehologica], and skeletal muscle systems by testing the gas exchange in airway. CPET has become an important clinical detection tool, and it has been widely used in evaluating exercise intolerance, severity grade of heart failure, prognos~ tic grade of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, treatment effect of cardiopulmonary disease, differentia- tion of unexplained dyspnea, rehabilitation, preoperative risk and impairment/disability. However, there is hardly any research of CPET in domestic field ,while it has been developed for decades abroad.
