摘　　要：血液系统恶性疾病合并侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)的发病率较高,早期诊断比较困难,治疗的难度也很大,严重地影响IFI患者的预后以及存活率。血液系统恶性疾病合并IFI的治疗可以通过积极、合理、规范地使用抗真菌药物得以实现,外科手术干预以及免疫治疗亦不失为有效手段。该文就血液系统恶性疾病合并IFI的药物、手术及免疫治疗予以综述。Hematologic malignancies with iuvasive fungal infection （ 1FI ） is of high incidence, and it is difficult to diagnose early and treat, which has a considerable impact on the prognosis and mortality. The treatment of hematologic malignancies with IFI can be achieved through a positive, reasonable and standard- ized use of antifnngal drugs, while surgical intervention and immunotherapy are also regarded as effective means. Here is to make a review of the antifungal drugs, surgical intervention and immunotherapy of IFI com- bined with hematologic malignancies.
