摘 要:随着高频探头的问世及计算机数字化程度的不断提高,高频超声检查以其简便、迅速、可重复性好、可以双侧对比观察等优点在肌肉骨骼系统疾病诊断中成为最具优越性的影像学诊断方法。高频超声可以清晰地显示髋部肌肉、肌腱、韧带、筋膜、神经等结构,是获得髋部正常超声解剖声像及其各种病理声像图的理想方法。With its along with advent of high-frequency probe and the continuous improvement of com- puter numerical degree, high-frequency ultrasound has become a most superior imaging diagnosis of musculo- skeletal system diseases with its advantages of simplicity, rapidness, good repeatability, bilateral comparison observation, etc.. High-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the structure of the hip muscles, tendons, liga- ments, fascia, and nerves, which is an ideal method to obtain normal hip ultrasound anatomy sonography and its various pathological sonographies. Here is to make a review of the progress of the application of high- frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of hip disease.
