大型石材速凝型胶粘剂的制备及耐候性研究

摘　　要：以不同龄期的胶接强度为考核指标，采用正交试验法优选出制备大型石材速凝型水泥基胶粘剂的最优配方，并考察了该胶粘剂经热老化、冻融循环和浸水等处理后的工作性能。研究结果表明：以L-SAC（低碱度硫铝酸豁水泥）40％、可再分散乳胶粉EVA（醋酸乙烯酯－乙烯共聚物）4％、矿粉5％、多种化合物2％和级配砂为主体，制成的速凝型石材胶粘剂具有优良的粘接性能和优异的耐候性，并且其性能超过GB24264-2009标准中规定值的15％～60％；该胶粘剂具有相对最好的工作性能和成本优势，可用干大型石材的胶接。With bonding strengths at different curing times as evaluathm indexes,the optimal formula of＂ preparing quick-curing type cement-based adhesive tot large stone was preferred by orthogonal eperiment. The working properties of adhesives treated by thermal aging,freeze-thaw e, ycles or soaking were invest/gated. The research results showed that with 40% L-SAC （low alkalinity sulphoaluminate）,4% redispersible powder EVA（vinyl acetate-ethylene eopolymer）,5% slag,2% muhiplex compounds and graded sand as tnance body,so the made quick-euring type adhesive for stone had good bonding properties and excellent weather resistanee,hnd these properties were 15%-60% more than specified values in standard of （;B 24264--2009. The adhesive had the relatively best working properties and cost advantages,and it could be used for bonding large stone.
