摘  要:以聚醚二元醇(NJ-220)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为封端剂和三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,制备了UV(紫外光)固化WPUA(水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯)预聚体;然后以WPUA预聚体、光引发剂(1173)和不同质量比的活性稀释剂[丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)]为主要原料,制备出一系列UV-WPUA(UV固化WPUA)及其胶膜。研究结果表明:当m(BA+TPGDA)=2.687 g、m(预聚体)=6.000 g、m(1173)=0.269 g和m(BA)∶m(TPGDA)=5∶5时,相应UV-WPUA胶膜的综合性能相对最好,其表面平整、致密,并且其热性能、耐溶剂性、耐水性和力学性能俱佳。With polyether diol (N J-220), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA)as monomers, hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as blocking agent and triethylamine (TEA) as neutralizer, an UV (ultraviolet)-curable WPUA (waterborne polyurethane-acrylate) prepolymer was prepared. Then, with WPUA prepolymer, photoinitiator ( 1173 ) and active diluent[butyl acrylate (BA) and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA)] with different mass ratios as main raw materials,a series of UV-WPUA(UV curable WPUA) and fihns were prepared. The research results showed that the corresponding UV-WPUA film had the relatively best combination property because its surface was smooth and dense,and its thermal properties,solvent resistance,water resistance and mechanical properties were all good when mass ratios of BA+TPGDA,prepolymer, 1173 were 2.687,6.000,0.269 g respectively, and the mass ratio of m(BA) : m (TPGDA) was 5:5.
