摘　　要：新形势下创新社区党建体制机制,必须深化战略认识,把社区党建纳入各级党委重要议事日程;改革领导体制,强化党在社区的领导核心作用;优化组织设置,着力扩大社区党建工作覆盖面;完善分类管理机制,规范党员教育管理;构建人才物质保障机制,夯实党组织工作基础;创新服务群众工作机制,密切党同人民群众的血肉联系。Under the new situation, it has to deepen strategic understanding to innovate system mechanism and take community party construction into agende on all levels of party organizations. Reform leadership system to strengthen party＇s core leadership role in the communit, optimize organization to expand the community work of party building coverage, improve category management mechanism to standardize member education management, build talent and material security mechanisms to solid basis for the work of party organizations, and innovate services to the people working mechanism between the party＇s close ties with the masses.
