摘　　要：青海解放初期,党政军各级领导坚决贯彻党的民族宗教政策,开展统一战线工作,顺利地完成了肃清国民党旧政权残余,建立各级人民政权的艰巨任务。在这一过程中,青海民族语文翻译工作者做出了重要贡献。在很短的时期内,将《毛泽东主席在中国人民政治协商会议上的讲话》、《中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领》、《中国人民政治协商会议组织法》、《中华人民共和国中央人民政府组织法》翻译成藏文,并在1950年1月刊印,在各项工作中发挥了重要作用。At the early stage after Qinghai was liberated,the national religion policy was greatly fulfilled by all levels from the party to Armies so as to carry out the united front, and the remnant of Nationalist party was cleaned up successfully, the arduous task of establishing people＇s power was also successfully finished. During the process, the translators made huge contribution to nationality language translation. They translated the following works into Tibetan： 《Chairman Mao＇s Speech at Political Consultative Conference》, 《The Common Programme of Chinese Political Consultative Conference》, 《The Organization Law of Chinese Political Consultative Conference》,《The Organization Law Central People＇s Government of People＇s Republic of China 》,these were imprinted in Jan, 1951 ,and played important role in workings
