海安县2011年心肌梗死、脑卒中发病及死亡情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解海安县心肌梗死、脑卒中发病及死亡情况,为制定心血管病防治规划提供依据。方法根据2011年心脑血管病人群监测资料,对海安县心肌梗死、脑卒中的发病率、死亡率等进行统计分析。结果 2011年海安县≥65岁人口占总人口17%,心脑血管病死亡居首位,占全死因的39.23%。心肌梗死粗发病率、中标率分别为32.27/10万、15.22/10万,男性高于女性(P<0.05);心肌梗死粗死亡率、中标率分别为24.60/10万、10.87/10万;脑卒中粗发病率、中标率分别为299.93/10万、133.45/10万;脑卒中粗死亡率、中标率分别为131.53/10万、48.11/10万。各型脑卒中,脑梗死发病率为226.31/10万,占76.87%。不同性别人群心肌梗死、脑卒中的发病率、死亡率均呈随年龄增长而增加趋势。结论提示海安县心血管病流行水平处于较高水平,应重点加强一、二级预防,针对心肌梗死、脑卒中的危险因素进行早期干预。Objective To study the morbidity and mortality of myocardial infarction and cerebral stroke in Hai＇an County in 2011 and to provide the scientific basis for making prevention and treatment plans for cardiovascular diseases. Methods Mor- bidity and mortality of myocardial infarction and cerebral stroke were analyzed based on the surveillance data in Hai＇an County in 2011.. Results ≥65 years ol.d population counted for 17% of the total population in Hai＇an county in 2011. Cardiovascular disease mortality ranked top 1, accounting for 39.23% of all death causes. Crude morbidity and age standardized morbidity by Chinese population of myocardial infarction was 32.27/100 000 and 15.22/100 000, males had higher rates than females （P 0.05）. Crude mortality and age standardized mortality by Chinese population of myocardial infarction was 24.60/100 000 and 10.87/100 000; Crude morbidity and age standardized morbidity by Chinese population of cerebral stroke was 299.93/100 000 and 133.45/100 000. Crude mortality and age standardized mortality by Chinese population of cerebral stroke was 131. 53/ 100 000 and 48.11/100 000. Among various types of strokes, the morbidity of cerebral infarction was 226.31/100 000, ac counting for 76.87 %. Morbidity and mortality of myocardia% infarction, eerehra% stroke showed an increasing trend with age for both male and female. Conclusion Resutls from the investigation indicated that incidence of cardiovascular diseases in Hai＇an county is at a high level. Primary and secondary preventions should be strengthened. Early stage interventions should be car- ried out against risk factors of myocardial infarction and cerebral stroke.
