摘　　要：对数字图书馆核心价值进行研究,用版权平衡理论甄别商业数字图书馆与公益数字图书馆各自扮演的社会角色,指出公益数字图书馆是传统实体图书馆职能的延展,承袭其不可替代的永恒社会价值,履行并彰显法权授予的具有时代特色的核心价值。This paper makes a research on the core value of the digital library, discriminates social roles between the busi- ness digital library and the public-interest digital library by copyright balance theory, oints out that the public- interest digital library is the extension of the traditional library and follows the irreplaceable social values of the traditional library, fulfills the core value which is conferred by right.
