摘 要:目的探讨和厚朴酚对小鼠四氯化碳(CCl4)致肝损伤的保护作用。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为5组:对照组、模型组和高、中、低剂量和厚朴酚组,模型组用CCl4造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型。测定各组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化。结果和厚朴酚各组小鼠与模型组比较,血清ALT、AST含量降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)、肝脏MDA含量下降(P<0.01)、SOD活性增强(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论和厚朴酚对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与减少自由基的产生有关。Objective To investigate the protective effects of honokiol on liver injury induced by CCI4 in mice.Methods Mice were randomly divided into five groups, control group, model group and low dose, medium dose, high dose honokiol group. The acute hepatic injury model was prepared by CCI4 injection in model group mice. The therapeutic effects of honokiol were evaluated by alanine aminotransferase(ALT and AST) in serum, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver tissue.Results Compared with model group, the ALT, AST activities in serum and MDA content in liver tissue in the honokiol group were signifi- cantly reduced (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);SOD activity was obviously increased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Honokiol has potective effects on the acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
