接骨膏伤痛宁外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨接骨膏、伤痛宁擦剂混合外敷于急性痛风性关节炎患者的红肿部位,观察消肿、止痛效果。方法60例研究对象按照随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组,实验组除服用控制急性炎症和降低血尿酸的口服药物外,用接骨膏、伤痛宁擦剂混匀涂敷患处,并辅以特定电磁波谱灯(TDP)红外线照射。对照组仅使用口服药物治疗。两组患者均经3 d治疗后进行疗效评定。结果经治疗后,实验组患者的肿痛显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛分级指数显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且实验组在治疗前后比较,其疼痛分级指数有显著性差异(P<0.01),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论西药常规治疗的同时,采用接骨膏、伤痛宁擦剂混匀外敷急性痛风性关节炎患者的红肿部位,且用TDP等照射敷药处,此种方法效果良好、价格低廉、无毒副作用且操作简单,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective to study the observation of curative effect on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by external application of bone paster and Shangtongning ointment.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups （experimental group and control group） with each group of 30 cases.The experimental group took oral drugs for controlling acute inflammation and lowering uric acid and coated their skin surface with the mixture of bone paster and Shang- tongning ointment and supplemented by TDP lamp infrared irradiation.The oral drugs was only for the control group.The efficacy evaluation was applied for the two groups after 3 days.Results After the treatment, the effective rate for swelling and pain of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01） and the classification index of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.The classification index of pain of the experimental group had significant difference than before （P〈0.01）,while no significant changes happened in the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The inflamed parts of patients with acute gouty arthritis were coated with the mixture of bone paster and Shangtongning ointment and carried out by TDP lamp infrared irradiation while they accepted the conventional western medicine treatment. This treatment had good effects, low prices and was easy to operate, which was well worthy popularizing.
