摘  要:挥发性脂肪酸 (VFA)是厌氧反应器运行中重要的控制指标。研究了用程序升温及恒温分析厌氧反应器中 VFA的两种最佳色谱条件,程序升温较恒温条件下样品分离效果好,标准误差及变异系数小,样品回收率高,缺点是测一个样需 30min,耗时 ;恒温法的优点在于样品测定简便快速 ,测一个样只需 8~ 10min。同时比较了样品预处理加酸与不加酸的效果,证明样品酸化 (pH小于 2)是用气相色谱法直接分析 VFA的必需预处理。VFA is a very important control index in the anaerobic reactor operation. In this paper, two optimal gas chromatographic conditions of order temperature hoist and constant temperature are studied. Samples are more effectively separated under the former condition and their detection standard deviation and coefficient of variation are smaller than those under the latter condition.Sample recovery ratio under the former condition is greater than that under the latter condition, while the latter condition is more simple and faster than the former. In addition, the experiment result shows that the sample must be acidified before it is being detected by gas chromatography.
