摘　　要：文章介绍了北京高校网络图书馆联合虚拟参考咨询系统的管理和服务模式,分析了该系统在应用中的优势和局限性,针对系统存在的问题提出了具体的发展建议。The article introduces the administration and service models of the collaborative virtual reference system across university network libraries in Beijing, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system and aiming at the existing problems raises some constructive recommendations on the future development of the system. 3 refs.
