摘　　要：国家西部大开发及中部地区崛起战略的全面实施,为西部地区图书馆信息服务发展和创新带来良好机遇与挑战。分析了湖南西部地区信息服务现状和不足,探讨了基于区域信息共享的图书馆创新服务模式构建及实施策略。The implementation of the national strategies of the western big development and the rise of middle region of China has provided big challenges and also great opportunities for the development and innovation of library information service. In this work, we reviews the present work and problems existing in the development of information service in Hunan western areas, and explores the library innovation service model and implementation strategies based on the local information sharing. 8 refs.
