老年隐蔽部鼻出血的鼻内镜治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻吸引电凝治疗老年隐蔽部位鼻出血的效果。方法对我科近3年78例老年鼻出血患者采用鼻内镜下鼻吸引电凝止血术、鼻腔结构处理等治疗方法的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果首次治愈97.44%,两次治愈2.56%,治疗后1～6个月随访,均未再次出血。结论老年性鼻出血治疗的关键是明确出血的原因并准确找到出血的部位,特别是隐蔽部位,鼻吸引电凝止血是迅速、精确、有效的止血措施。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficiency of nasal aspirator electrocoagulation through localizing and handling with larvaceous points of elders＇epitaxis. Methods The efficiency of electric coagulation/aspiration and surgical intervention under nasal en- doscopy were studied retrospectively, of which 78 aged patients from January 2009 to February 2012 were included. Results Among the 78 cases, 97.44% patients＇nose bleeding was stopped after the first treatment, and 2.56% after two treatments. All patients underwent 1 -6 months＂ follow - up, in which no epitaxis relapsed. Conclusion The key factors handling epistaxis of aged patients were clarifying the cause and finding out the bleeding points, especially the larvaceous ones. Nasal aspirator electrocoagulation is rapid, accurate, effective measures in stopping the bleeding.
