摘　　要：目的观察308 nm准分子激光联合中药浸泡治疗掌跖部角化性湿疹的有效性及安全性。方法将入选的87例掌跖部角化性湿疹患者随机分为两组,对照组42例采用中药浸泡治疗,2次/d;治疗组45例在对照组治疗的基础上予308nm准分子激光照射治疗,2次/周。两组患者均外用复方氟米松软膏封包治疗,2次/d,疗程均为2周,观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组78.5%,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 308 nm准分子激光联合中药浸泡治疗掌跖部角化性湿疹临床疗效显著,安全性和依从性高,不良反应少。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the 308 nm exeimer laser combined with tradition Chinese medicine bath for the treatment of palmoplantar keratotic eczema. Methods Eighty nine patients with palmoplantar keratotic eczema were divided in to two groups randomly. Forty two patients of the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath for treatment, twice a day; 45 cases of the treatment group were applied 308nm excimer laser irradiation therapy based on the treatment method of the control group, twice per week. Besides, compound Flumetasone Ointment packet treatment was used in two groups of patients, twice a day, for two weeks, then the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.3% and 78.5%, respectively, which showed statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser com bined with traditional Chinese medicine bath for the treatment of palmoplantar keratotic eczema is an effective means of treatment, which has significant clinical efficacy, safety and compliance of patients, with few adverse reactions.
