摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端锁定加压接骨板(LCP)应用微创技术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法应用"有限切开"的原则,以股骨近端LCP内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折30例,随访分析其疗效。结果平均随访13个月(6～32个月),30例骨折全部愈合,无内固定失败、髋内翻和骨不愈合。结论微创LCP内固定手术简单、出血少、固定牢靠、骨折易愈合,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折值得提倡的一种手术方法。Objective To compare the effects of patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with the technique of minimally in vasive plate osteosynthcsis using the locking compress plate. Methods Totally 30 patients were treated with the technique of MIPO using LcP. and all cases were followed up for evaluating the clinical effect. Results The mean duration of follow up was 13 months （ ranging from 6 to 32）. There were no cases of failed fixation, implant break age. Conclusion Minimal invasion with LCP in treating femoral intertro chanteric fracture has advantages of operative convenience,less bleeding, minimal invasion and rapid healing, thus LCP is a better surgical choice.
