摘　　要：师法与家法盛行于汉代太学乃至整个社会,它既是一种师生共同遵循的教学制度和原则,也是当时非常风行的教学风气。它在当时为保存文献、规范学统、维护师道尊严,以及统一思想、促进文化教育发展和汉朝的统治等方面都发挥过重要作用。当前,我国大学在学术传承、发展和创新等方面面临诸多问题,而师法与家法在这些方面有其优良传统。因此,今天我们挖掘师法与家法的深刻内涵,准确把握其精神实质,吸收其有益养分,对当前大学教育的改革与发展以及学术传承与创新,必将提供一些全新的启示与借鉴。Shifa and Jiafa were prevailing in the Imperial College of Han Dynasty and even the whole society. It was not only a teaching system and principle that followed by both teachers and students, but also was a teaching ethos that was very common at that time. It had played a very important role in many aspects, including documentary protection, standardization of learning traditions, raising respect for teachers dignity, thought-form unification, the de- velopment of culture and education, and the ruling of Han Dynasty. Currently, our colleges are facing many problems including academic succession, development and innovation, Shifa and Jiafa have many outstanding traditions on these aspects. This thesis is to dig out the in-depth connotation of both Shifa and Jiafa to absorb its essence and its spiritu- al substance so that it can bring some new inspiration and references for college education reform and development, academic succession and innovation.
