摘  要:运用理论分析与有限元法计算相结合的方法,以一台170MW抽水蓄能电机结构参数为例,在对其常规停机位置和特定停机位置感应电压进行分析计算的基础上,提出了抽水蓄能电机静止变频器起动初始导通特定停机位置点感应电压相等的控制问题,推导出了特定位置点感应电压的表达式,精确定位出特定位置点与定子绕组轴线的相对位置。研究了特定位置点初始导通方案与产生正向电磁转矩的规律,提出了抽水蓄能电机特定停机位置点起动时初始导通控制方法,并对实验电机在不同导通控制方案下的感应电压与转速方向进行了测试。实验结果验证了文中理论分析和所提方法的正确性。Induced voltages of a 170MW pumped storage motor under ordinary and special stopping position is studied by means of FEM method. The initial converter control problem with equal induced line voltages is investigated when the rotor of pumped storage generator starting with SFC (static frequency converter) sfamdas on the special points, and the expressions of induced voltages for special points are derived. Then, the relative position of the axis of stator winding and the special stopping point is set precisely. The laws of initial converter control scheme for special points and the generation of positive electromagnetic torque are analyzed, and the initial converter control method of the special stopping point is also proposed. The induced voltage and speed direction of experimental motor starting with different converter control schemes on the special position were tested. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis and proposed methods.
