摘  要:设计了一种新型机桨一体化装置的永磁推进电机,将无转轴结构和Halbach阵列应用其中,并在永磁体结构形式、充磁角度以及永磁体厚度与极对数的最佳配比等方面对电机进行优化,使电机具有较小的转子厚度和较大的气隙长度;提出适用于此类特殊结构的一体化装置推进电机的场路耦合有限元计算方法,将外电路的控制方程与电机电磁场方程相结合,考虑转差对实心转子电阻的影响,得到电机在空载和额定负载时的磁场分布以及反电动势、电流、电压和转矩值,计算值与实验值吻合较好,说明本文方法正确有效。A novel PM propelling motor used in integrated motor propeller (IMP) is designed in this paper, and no-bearing structure as well as Halbach array is applied in the motor design. Optimization design is conducted in the aspects such as PM structure, magnetizing angle of PM and the best ratio of PM length to poles. The designed motor has thinner rotor and larger air gap; field-circuit coupling method appropriate for analyzing this special PM motor in IMP is proposed, and control equation of external circuit is coupled with electromagnetic field equation of motor, and influence from speed difference to resistance of solid rotor is also considered. Through the calculation method presented in this paper the magnetic field distribution at rated load and no load is obtained, and back EMF, stator current, voltage and torque is also calculated. The good agreements between calculating results and experiment ones verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
