摘　　要：美国低影响开发理论(LID:Low Impact Development)是城市雨水管理的核心理论。通过文献整理,梳理了其起源、概念内涵、国外相关理论研究的进展、规划设计的原则与理论框架及我国城市开发中可应用的低影响开发思路,旨在通过这一理念为我国城市土地开发和解决城市雨水问题等方面提供一定的理论借鉴,并强调我国城市规划建设中对低影响开发的重视。LID （Low Impact Development） from America is the key theory about stormwater management. Through the literature review, this article includes the original, the concept and connotation, the development of the theory, the design principle and the design strategy and practices of LID, which aims to put forward to some suggestions for the stormwater government in Chinese cities and make us pay attenlion to the LID.
