京茂华庭——新中式风格住宅方案设计研究

摘　　要：曾经的胡同文化等具有传统特色的中式住宅令国人难以忘怀,将现代设计理念融汇传统风韵,是民众多年来内心深处所真正寻觅的居住感受。然而,这种传统居住空间的创新并不意味着简单地将传统符号重现,而更在于从中汲取中国古建筑的设计灵魂及象征精神;同时借鉴西方现代建筑简约设计手法,创造出符合当代居住生活方式的新中式住宅。作为首都,北京拥有着深厚的历史文化底蕴,因此在建筑设计上更应追求独具一格的地域文化特色。该文以位于北京望京地区著名京茂府住宅设计为对象,研究"传统中轴线布局——院落式围合——新中式建筑风格"的整体设计方式,探索当代富于中国特色,本土、本真的新中式风格住宅创作。Traditional Hutong culture with Chinese characteristics creates memorable experiences for people. Modern design concept of traditional attractiveness satisfies people＇s true feelings for living environment, Innovation in traditional residential space, however, does not necessarily means to simply reproduce or copy traditional symbols; moreover, it implies to learn from Chinese ancient architecture design soul and symbol of the spirit. At the same time, we learn from the western modern architecture concise design methods so as to create a new Chinese style house which conforms to modern living life style of our country. The paper is based on the famous Jing Mao-Fu housing which is located in Beijing WangJing area as an object to study the overall design approach of ＂traditional axle wire layout-compound type enclosing-new Chinese architectural style＂, and explores the new Chinese style houses that are rich in Chinese characteristics, local, and authenticity.
