反思以文化创意产业为导向的历史文化街区改造——以武汉昙华林历史文化街区为例

摘　　要：建设文化创意产业园区,将现有的历史文化街区改造成以文化创意产业为导向的规划已成为一种趋势。武汉昙华林历史文化街区有千年城根,百年缩影,能够较好地凸现中西文化交融及近代历史发展的重大革命事件。因其存在文脉断裂,基础设施改造任务重,创意产业较为落后等局限性,影响了其快速发展。该文基于昙华林固有的地理位置,特殊的环境条件,对昙华林历史文化街区优先发展模式,街区环境条件改善,合理规划产业类型,创造就业机会,街区发展规模及定位等规划内容开展讨论,提出以文化创意产业为单一动力,发展昙华林文化创意产业园区可能的规划建议。Renovating the existing historical and cultural blocks into a new cultural creative industry is becoming a trend in building the cultural creative industry park. Wuhan Tanhualin historical and cultural block is a place that owns the historical specialties for thousand years. It is an epitome for this place in hundreds years. Also this block highlights the communion between the eastern and western cultures and modern major revolutionary event in history. The fracture in its continious culture development and infrastructure improvement task effected its rapid growing. This paper will discuss the first development pattern including with the improvement of the environment and the programming of a reasonable industry type considering about its geographical location and special environmental conditions. And then it carries out the discussion about the development scale and positioning block planning content as well as creativity of the jobs. At last the author will put forward to the suggestion that culture creative industry is the single power in the development of this block.
