当前煤炭经济形势判断及煤炭企业的应对方略

摘　　要：分析并阐述了当前我国煤炭市场面对的种种严峻形势,研究探讨在市场持续低迷下煤炭企业的应对策略,认为煤炭企业应该采取灵活的市场营销手段,并通过采取压缩煤炭生产经营成本,加强安全生产的监督管理,关闭或整顿亏损严重的煤矿等举措以应对不利局面,实现煤炭企业平稳、健康和可持续发展。The paper analyzed and stated a variety of serious situation faced to the present China coal market and studied and discussed the countermeasures of the coal enterprises under the condition of the continuous depression market. The paper held that the coal enterprise should take flexible marketing means. The measures to cut down the coal production and opera- tion cost, to enhance the supervision management of the safety production, to close or readjust the serious deficit coal mine and others should be applied to handle the unfavorable situation in order to realize a stable, health and sustainable develop- ment of the coal enterprise.
